The Association Marque Valais www.valais-community.ch and the Club de Com Valais www.clubdecom.ch/ staged an event during the Cristal Festival in Crans-Montana. Christian Cappe CEO of Cristal Festival and Yves Mittaz Director of the Omega European Masters, one of the most presitigious golf tournament in Europe, led a panel entitled “The promotion by events: How to promote a destination or a brand by organizing, sport, cultural or media events”. Another session outlined the importance and impact of social networks to promote a destination or a brand and how to drive traffic and to develop customer loyalty.
